02

What size of events do you handle?
We can handle any event in any location anywhere. No event is too big or too small for us.

03

How do you select sites and vendors?
We take your vision into account and use, to your advantage, the excellent relationships we have with industry professionals across the country.

04

Do you only handle the events listed on this website?
Although much of the work done by us relates to the events listed on our website, we are equipped to handle events in any service area or industry.

05

What exactly do you do?
In a nutshell, we plan, manage, staff and consult on your special event. We help you plan the event and find the venue to best accommodate your needs. You do not need to be a big corporation to benefit from our services. Our focus and approach is the same whether you are a Fortune 500 company or a small, individual firm.

06

How much do your services cost?
There can be no set price list for our services because there are too many variables. However, we can provide an educated estimate based on your needs, priorities and the results you seek. One thing we do guarantee is that once we work out the details and the budget, we will not only stick to it but also help maximize your return on investment.

07

How many staff members will work on my project?
While many people may be involved in your event, your single point of contact will be an Event Executive. As always, your event will be backed by our management’s expertise and our company’s resources at all times.

08

What is your turnaround time for an event?
That will depend on the nature and complexity of your event. Once we’ve discussed your event with you and committed to a timeline, we’ll deliver well ahead of schedule with enough spare time for last minute changes, if any.
Let us show you how we can turn your special event into a memorable moment.
